Andrew Chaffin

Andrew Chaffin is the Manager of Telecommunications and Strategic Training at Datafield, bringing nine years of experience since joining as a Network Engineer in 2017. Over the years, he has advanced from roles in Circuit Design, Service Provisioning & Network Augmentation to leading initiatives that strengthen communication systems and elevate employee capabilities. 

Today, a core part of his role includes training entry-level engineers and guiding them as they grow into more advanced technical positions as well as managing various teams within the DataField organization. Andrew is valued for his blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and commitment to delivering exceptional services to our clients. 

Outside of Datafield, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends. Some of Andrew’s hobbies include video games, golfing and building computers.
