Cory is our Director of People Operations at DataField.
He began his career at DataField in 2016 as a Network Engineer and quickly transitioned into Project Management, where he partnered closely with clients and internal teams to deliver complex projects successfully. Through this work, Cory developed a strong understanding of both operational demands and the people behind them.
His attention to detail and interest in organizational effectiveness led him into an analytics-focused role, supporting complex invoicing processes and internal business analysis. This experience provided Cory with a deep understanding of workforce planning, operational scalability, and process improvement.
Today, as Director of People Operations, Cory oversees staffing strategy, talent acquisition, and HR operations, ensuring DataField attracts, develops, and retains top talent. He plays a key role in shaping company culture, supporting employee growth, and aligning people operations with business objectives. Cory is often one of the first people new employees meet and serves as a trusted resource for both employees and leadership.
Outside of DataField, Cory serves as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Air National Guard, following four years of active military service. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, reading, volunteering in the local community as a youth mentor, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and his pup.
