Here at DataField, we take screening seriously. It’s our goal to provide you with the best employees for the job. Our thorough and rigorous vetting process involves three stages of screening to ensure candidates are a great fit for your role at your company.
This is the first stage of the screening process. We review the candidate’s resume to ensure they meet the basic job requirements for the position at hand. We’ll check for relevant work experience, education, skills, certifications, and anything else that would make them a prime candidate for your company.
In this stage, DataField conducts a phone interview with the candidate to further assess their qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role in question. We’ll ask more detailed questions about the candidate’s work history, skills, and qualifications. We also ask questions to assess their communication and interpersonal skills.
This is the final stage of the screening process. We invite the candidate for an in-person interview or web conference, depending on their location. During this stage, we conduct a more detailed interview and skills assessment. Afterward, we run background and reference checks.
